The KEYSIGHT B2985C is a next-generation electrometer and high resistance meter capable of measuring currents down to 0.01 fA and resistances up to 10 PΩ (1016 Ω), with 6½-digit resolution and an integrated voltage source up to ±1000 V. Its 4.3" color graphical LCD provides numeric, graphical, histogram, and trend views for immediate analysis, even without a PC. The B2985C is ideal for material characterization, electronic component and semiconductor device testing, and extreme insulation measurements.
