Metcal MRS-1100A modular system is an integrated convection station designed for the rework and assembly of BGA, CSP, and SMT components. The configuration combines a hot-air tool, a preheater, an adjustable stand, and an independent board holder. Via a digital interface, the unit stores up to fifty profiles, enabling advanced four-zone or fixed-temperature programming. Temperature control, which can be managed internally or via a thermocouple at the joint, ensures maximum flexibility and operational precision.
