KEYSIGHT B1505A: Power Device Analyzer and Curve Tracer
KEYSIGHT B1505A is the all-in-one solution for advanced characterization of power devices and semiconductors, up to 1500 A and 10 kV. Thanks to its modular and scalable architecture, it enables current and voltage measurements in a single instrument, featuring next-generation curve tracer functions, automated thermal tests from -50°C to +250°C, capacitance and gate charge measurements up to 3 kV, and the ability to integrate modules for ultra-high current and ultra-high voltage measurements. The integrated EasyEXPERT group+ software simplifies execution, analysis, and data management, offering hundreds of ready-to-use application tests and curve tracer, quick test, and oscilloscope view modes.

- Resistance measurements down to μΩ level and fully automated capacitance measurements up to 3000 V DC bias
