HT Instruments PVCHECKs-ONE is an advanced multifunction instrument designed to streamline electrical safety checks and troubleshooting on live photovoltaic systems. Capable of handling currents up to 30A and voltages up to 1000V, it is perfectly suited for modern high-efficiency and bifacial modules.
With a single "GO" button, it automatically performs all commissioning tests required by IEC/EN62446 standards. Its standout innovation is the DUAL function, which allows insulation measurement on a live array without needing an external switch to short-circuit the terminals. Additionally, the OPT function enables insulation testing even with optimizers (MLPE) or RSD devices connected. It includes a fault locator to pinpoint insulation issues between modules and an Autostart mode for sequential string testing.
