KEYSIGHT CX3300A Device Current Waveform Analyzer
The KEYSIGHT CX3300A series represents an "all-in-one" measurement and analysis solution designed to address the most complex challenges in power rails, power distribution networks, and power integrity. This instrument combines the bandwidth and sampling rate of an oscilloscope, the sensitivity and low noise of a digital multimeter, and the extended recording capabilities of a data logger.
It is the ideal choice for characterizing and optimizing the energy consumption of IoT devices, automotive components, medical devices (e.g., pacemakers), and advanced semiconductors, enabling the visualization of dynamic current and voltage waveforms previously impossible to capture.

- Extreme Resolution: 14-bit and 16-bit A/D converter for ultra-high precision measurements.
- Bandwidth and Speed: Maximum bandwidth up to 200 MHz and sampling up to 1 GSa/s.
- Sensitivity: Dynamic measurement of currents from sub-nA levels up to 100 A (depending on the sensor) and sub-µV voltages.
- Extended Recording: Up to 100 consecutive hours of data recording (in Data Logger mode).
- Advanced Analysis: Built-in tools such as Waveform Analytics and Current Profiler to automatically calculate averages, peaks, and accumulated charge.
