KEYSIGHT EXR2SSD-01T is a removeable Solid State Drive (SSD) for extra storage for Infiniium EXR-Series oscilloscopes. Store more waveforms local to the oscilloscope, or have more programs installed (MATLAB, etc.) Available in 1 TB capacity, each SSD comes with Windows 10 and Infiniium application software pre-installed.
Keysight Infiniium EXR-Series oscilloscopes come standard with a removeable, 1TB Solid State Drive (SSD). The EXR2SSD is a post-purchase upgrade; a 500 GB replacement drive.
