Master Lock S32MKORJ, Dielectric keyed-differently padlock for master key
Master Lock S32MKORJ S30 Series Orange Thermoplastic Safety Padlock, specifically designed for electrical applications. It is an extremely lightweight (only 40g) and compact padlock, made entirely of Zenex™ thermoplastic. Both the body and the shackle are non-conductive, dielectric, and non-sparking. One key opens only one padlock (individual safety for the operator), but the system allows opening via a supervision Master Key for emergencies.
- Hierarchical Control (MK): The Master Key (Pass-key) opens all padlocks in the system, overriding individual configurations. If the system also includes Keyed Alike (KAMK) groups, the master key will open those as well (provided they are part of the same order/key plan).
- Dielectric Shackle: 4.76 mm diameter and 38 mm height. Totally dielectric and non-sparking material, ideal for electrical isolation.
- Electrical Safety: Ideal for hospitals, mines, and environments with electrical or explosive hazards.
- Orange thermoplastic body, 35 mm wide and 48 mm tall, ideal for tight spaces.
- The lightweight Zenex™ thermoplastic body withstands corrosion, UV rays, extreme temperatures (-40 °C to +90 °C), and chemicals.
- 6-pin cylinder with custom key profile and over 40,000 unique key codes.
- Customizable on-site with permanent write-on labels.
- Complies with the "One Employee, One Lock, One Key" directive (with the exception of the master key for management).
- Non-key retaining feature: the key can be removed if the padlock is unlocked.
- The Master Key K417 is NOT included.
