RIGOL RSA5065N 6.5GHz Real Time Spectrum Analyzer (TG and VNA)
RIGOL RSA5065N is a real time spectrum analyzer with frequency range from 9kHz to 6.5GHz. It includes the tracking generator and the VNA functionality to perform S11, S21 and Distance to Fault (DTF) measurements.

RTSA from 9kHz to 6.5GHz and 20MHz real time analysis bandwidth
Tracking generator from 100kHz to 6.5GHz
VNA from 100Khz to 6.5GHz , data points 101 - 10001, default 201

RTSA real time bandwidth analysis upgrade to 40MHz
