Micsig MOIP350P Gen 3 SigOFIT Optical Isolated Probe, 350 MHz
The Micsig MOIP350P is a third-generation optical isolated differential probe (MOIP Series) that offers a bandwidth of 350 MHz. Built on Micsig’s exclusive SigOFIT™ technology, it delivers an exceptionally high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of up to 180 dB at DC and 118 dB at 350 MHz. It serves as the ultimate referee for verifying the fidelity of signals measured by other voltage probes, revealing the complete truth of signals.
It is the best choice for 3rd-generation semiconductor test and measurement. Since SiC and GaN devices can switch high voltages in a few nanoseconds, this probe perfectly suppresses oscillations caused by high-frequency common-mode noise, ensuring maximum safety with a minimum input capacitance of 1 pF.
