KEYSIGHT DSOX4104G is an InfiniiVision 4000 X-Series 1 GHz oscilloscope that provides 4 channels, a built-in dual-channel 20 MHz function AWG waveform generator, 12.1" capacitive touch screen, 4 Mpts memory and 1,000,000 waveforms/sec update rate.
