The innovation of this system is based on the synergy between SmartHeat® and Connection Validation™ (CV) technologies, offering state-of-the-art process control. SmartHeat® technology intelligently detects the component’s thermal load, instantly delivering the exact power required by the joint thanks to an integrated self-regulating heater. This mechanism ensures extremely fast and safe operation, completely eliminating the need for calibration. Since the thickness of the intermetallic compound is the most critical factor for connection stability, Connection Validation™ technology actively monitors its formation to assess the actual quality of the weld. Rather than relying solely on the operator’s skill and visual judgment, the system provides objective, closed-loop feedback via an LED light ring located on the handpiece. This systematic approach eliminates uncertainties related to processing variables, transforming the proper execution of the joint into an operation that is always verifiable according to rigorous and measurable standards.
