TekBox TBPCP3-CAL, Calibration fixture for TBPCP3 RF current probes
TekBox TBPCP3-CAL is a calibration fixture designed to facilitate the verification and periodic calibration of TekBox TBPCP3 series RF current monitoring probes. It enables precise measurement of the probe’s transfer impedance, critical for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of EMC current probes in laboratory environments. The fixture features a robust build and 50 Ω coaxial design for direct connection to vector network analyzers or spectrum analyzers with tracking generators, supporting a wide DC to 1 GHz bandwidth.
