TECHMIZE TH2851 Impedance Analyzer Series
The TECHMIZE TH2851 series devices are high precision impedance analyzers. They work with test frequencies of 10 Hz to 15 MHz, 30 MHz, 50 MHz, 80 MHz, or 130 MHz and fastest test speed up to 5 ms. They can analyze all important AC and DC parameters Cp/Cs, Lp/Ls, Rp/Rs, |Z|, |Y|, R, X, G, B, θ, D, Q, VAC, IAC, VDC, IDC, and DCR. Key applications are impedance measurements of passive, semiconductor and other components, dielectric, magnetic and semiconductor materials, as well as liquid crystal cells.
