EMProbe E6 is an advanced robotic scanning system designed for high-precision Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC/EMI) analysis. Utilizing the supplied Y.I.C. Near Field (NF) probes, the instrument delivers a maximum frequency coverage of up to 18GHz.
This scanner features exceptional spatial resolution, adjustable from 7.5mm down to 0.2mm, enabling the precise localization of interference sources on PCBs. Weighing 3.40 Kg (excluding cables and adapter), the system operates within a temperature range of 15°C to 40°C, relying on the connected spectrum analyzer for peak frequency accuracy.
