FOTRIC H6Flex Acoustic Imaging Camera
FOTRIC H6Flex is an industrial acoustic imaging camera equipped with 162 MEMS digital microphones, designed for fast and precise localization of compressed air and gas leaks, mechanical anomalies, and partial discharges even in hard-to-reach spaces. The fully articulating, 180° rotatable microphone module enables ergonomic inspections and easy access to tight areas. The wide frequency range (2–100 kHz) allows detection of both audible and ultrasonic signals, displaying the acoustic source as a heatmap overlaid on the real image. The system features beamforming algorithms, adaptive noise reduction, and dedicated modes for leak and discharge analysis, with automatic diagnosis and energy cost evaluation. The 5" IPS touch display with Gorilla glass, 13 MP digital camera, and removable battery ensure continuous operation and on-device analysis. Single, multi-source, and hologram imaging modes, sound pressure measurement, on-device report generation, and advanced functions via AnalyzIR software are available.
