PicoScope 9404A-06 SXRTO Oscilloscope 6 GHz, 4 Channels
The PicoScope 9404A-06 is a 4-channel SXRTO (Sampler-Extended Real-Time Oscilloscope) with 6 GHz bandwidth, designed for advanced testing of high-speed analog and digital signals. Thanks to equivalent-time random sampling up to 1 TS/s (1 ps resolution) and a 12-bit ADC, it delivers excellent performance for eye diagram, jitter, mask, and statistical measurements on repetitive signals. The PicoSample 4 software enables advanced analysis, histograms, automatic measurements, and multi-window visualization.
