TekBox TBLDS1 Pre-Compliance Load Dump Simulator
TekBox TBLDS1 is a load dump simulator designed for pre-compliance testing of automotive and vehicular electronics. It generates high-energy transients as specified by ISO 7637-2, ISO 16750-2, and SAE J2139 standards, allowing verification of device immunity to voltage spikes caused by battery disconnection while the alternator is charging.
This versatile and affordable tool features adjustable pulse rise and fall times and supports single pulse or pulse train modes. Operation requires two external power supplies (one for the EUT and one for the transient) and a USB-C supply for the control logic.
