TECHMIZE TH1991A is a Single Channel Precision Source Measure Unit (SMU), 200mV-210V, 100nA-3A (DC) / 10A (pulse), resolution: source 1μV/1pA, measure 100nV/100fA, source 5.5 digits, measure 6.5 digits.
